Made in Taiwan
Previously owned, owner said it is ceramic.
It has normal wear it does have a couple small chips in paint if you look on the left side looking head on at it at picture. There is a line crack on the right side but it may not be all the way through. Please
see  pictures.
Nice cute item still in good shape!
