Vintage Brown & White Cat Figurine, Black Stripes, Resting, Clover Logo, Japan

Description

For sale is a vintage striped cat figurine with hand painted detail. The kitten is mostly white with brown spots detailed with dark stripes. This piece measures approximately 8 1/2" long, 4 1/4" wide (back legs) and 2 1/2" high. It is marked on the bottom with a clover inside a laurel wreath and JAPAN text.
The kitty is in good condition with some wear. There appears to be some loss of detail, the black paint, in and around the eyes. There is heavy crazing over the entire piece (photograph 12).
