Vintage Brinn's of Pittsburgh Large 10" Tabby Cat Made in Japan 6TC-2234 Brinnco

Description

Large (about 10" tall) ceramic painted figure, made of a fairly thin ceramic based on the light weight relative to its size, distributed by Brinn's of Pittsburgh, made in Japan. Circa late 1950s/early 1960s. Overall in very nice condition, but please note the following: on the back of the left ear are some spots of some kind of hardened residue (pictured in a closeup); I did a small test and it seems to be removable, but I will leave further cleaning/restoration to the buyer to clean in a way they see fit to avoid any paint damage. Also, the tip of the right ear has what appears to be a small chip, though it is also painted and somewhat smooth, so it seems to be a production imperfection rather than damage (also pictured in a closeup). Please examine all pictures carefully.
