    Description

    This bold and colorful terracotta planter is handmade in Mexico.  It has amazing hand-painted detail all around in the "Michoacana talavera" style with raised paint artwork on a natural terracotta base. Glazed/sealed and fired.  It has a hole to drain and will hold about 1.1 cubic feet of dirt.  It measures 11 1/2" tall by 15" at its widest. Strong fired.
    It did have one shallow nick on its rim, which has been fixed
    with hardening epoxy and touched up with matching enamel paint and glaze (see last two photo).  Barely noticeable, but I have discounted because of this.
