"The Cotterman #1 straight-side, oak, track ladder with iron rolling hardware. This ladder has 12 steps with non-slip tread. Included with the purchase of this ladder is an iron track (lengths vary, please inquire), 2 stops, and 4 mounting brackets. This ladder was salvaged from a local department store that has closed after 44 years of operation in the Roanoke Valley. Condition: Solid, good condition with surface scuffs and finish wear as expected with age and use.
